Online coaching
Online coaching may be for you if you’re self-motivated AND need guidance and accountability more than instruction.
Working out at your own pace, on your schedule but with full guidance on what, when and how to exercise to meet your goals.
No gym membership or prefer to work out at home? No problem, i’ve created programs for home workouts that meet you where you are with minimal equipment - and you can move up to a gym if and when you choose.

Online coaching is always available to you 24/7 and is delivered using the device you likely have in your hand right now. Programming and workout tracking is delivered via Hevy, the industry-leading workout tracker that is quite literally the best I've ever found (and the one I use myself).
iOS and Android versions are available along with WatchOS and WearOS integrations to help keep you moving and progressing towards your goals.

In-app support includes clear directions and an animated or video example of how to complete each exercise.
For the few times you might need to swap out an exercise, I do my best to provide you with alternatives so you're not wasting your time or fumbling around in the dark.
For more specific guidance you can either message in-app or you can use your online or live check in to discuss whatever else you might need assistance with.

I offer two modes of checking in:
Weekly email check-in
I suggest keeping a note open on your phone to record anything you might need clarification or want to boast about. Then its a simple matter of copying and pasting to an email once a week for review and response within 24 hours.Once a month you are welcome to book a 15 minute live check in call with me where we can chat live about whatever you feel you might need to keep moving forward - a moment to share your wins and challenges, to brag or vent - and sometimes to get a bit of encouragement and accountability when you need it.
The bottom line is your success is OUR success - and we want to see you win.
in-person training
i train clients in the downtown Toronto area at three locations - two boutique personal training studios and one large commercial gym (but don’t worry, its big enough and spacious enough you won’t feel crowded).
